On each project our engineers will determine the proper amount of heating, cooling or ventilation that a structure needs. All calculations are done in accordance with the industry’s leading authorities - Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) and American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
Once your project is complete and occupancy takes place it is of utmost importance to maintain proper documentation of the mechanical systems. Our experience shows that many times this important step is overlooked. As you know, it is not uncommon for modifications to occur during the lifetime of a project. The problem arises when the modifications do not flow through all construction related documents. We offer “as-built” drawings, installation manuals, equipment operation manuals and maintenance manuals for your records.
